Examples

The following examples build a simple bulletin board system to give an intuition for the Global Program Grid. We start from a pure local system that does not use any network, and then gradually turn it into a sophisticated distributed application. Note that all host names used in the examples are fictional. They serve to make the concept easier to grasp.
